You can return anything. You don’t need to give us an excuse. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll accept your return and offer a replacement or a refund as per our policy.
Just choose which items to return from your account, by going to your orders & Returns. Then click on the order you need to return and choose if you want the refund as store credit or to your card. Once you have filled in the form, pack your items but make sure:
• It hasn’t been used!
• The original tags and labels are still attached
We will send you a return airway bill on your email; you may contact the courier company to arrange for collection at your convenience, or simply drop it at any service point that belongs to the courier company. Please ensure that the returned package should be delivered to the couriers within 14 days of your receiving the original order.
